…within the building a silence starts to emerge, it respectfully negotiates its appearance by subtly establishing a dialogue with urban conditions, program and the spirit of Estonia, Rakvere, and its people. It develops in a respectful charismatic manner, and it positively affects its surroundings. The user is intrigued and seeks to instinctually discover and penetrate this mysterious entity that seems to talk directly to his soul. He enters a space which illuminates him with reflections of water at his feet and an amber tonal light from above…
