The Los Angeles rent can seem even more absurd when considering how underdeveloped and overvalued some interior spaces can be.
The goal was to bring the luxury found in Hollywood's high end houses into the more compact space of a two bedroom apartment.
The curving language of the furniture is presented through a singular wooden case which inconspicuously houses drawers, cabinets, and closets while also housing the thin overhead light strip which completely changes the atmosphere of the condominium. The curving language is also seen in the kitchen counter − an important communal space. By curving the base and completely ridding the counter of clutter, the luxury of the kitchen, and the overall communal space, is enhanced.
