With a nearly exposed frame, the building's facade is a balanced mixture of private, semi-private, and public.
The building is split through the middle twice; once horizontally, creating a corridor, and again vertically, splitting the corridor in two. This allows access to the parallel units through the front and back of the building while also creating a perfect space for the unit's kitchens to be placed.
Each unit inhabits four separate bedrooms with a comfortable communal space. At the top floor, one of the units is replaced by a bigger communal space, perfect for small gatherings or for simply getting away from scholastic responsibilities.
